I had an excellent experience with Bark & Swagger. I won the grand prize, which was the fluffy dog bed. However, we had never discussed what size I needed for the dog. What I received was only big enough for a cat. I contacted Jody to ask if I should return it. She went to great lengths to give me the second grand prize, dog leash and popper pouch and also said I could keep the other bed for my cat to enjoy! I can’t tell you how grateful I was for that.
